Wouter Schipperheijn, manager procurement, vertelt hoe zij erin geslaagd zijn het volledige proces te digitaliseren. Alles gaat digitaal: van behoefte in de organisatie naar een tender, tot het doorzetten naar contract, inclusief ondertekening en betaling. Niet alleen Mercell maar ook andere systemen zijn onderdeel van deze keten. Het is het resultaat van een heldere visie voor de gehele organisatie waarin verbeteringen continu worden doorgevoerd. Met deze video won KVK in 2019 de award voor Digitale Inkoopafdeling van het jaar.
